Change Log:

1. Implemented Vote Rune for voting rewards it gives the following stats/bonus:
10%exp bonus/ 1% Matk/Patk/Pdef/Mdef last 12H

2.NPC cancel skill has been adjusted

3.NPC Stun skill was adjusted

4.Added AA exchange to Adventures Guide NPC
